All Sales Are Final
SoulLuxeFam offers exclusively digital products — thoughtfully crafted, instantly delivered, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. Because of the nature of digital goods, all purchases are final once download access has been granted.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances once a file has been delivered or accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Digital Products
All products sold on soulluxefam.com are instant digital downloads. Once your order is confirmed and access is delivered:
- All sales are final
- No refunds will be issued
- No cancellations will be accepted
- No exchanges will be made
This policy reflects the irreversible nature of digital delivery — full value is transferred at the moment of access.
2. Accidental Purchases
We are unable to process refunds for accidental purchases once download access has been sent. Before completing your order, please ensure your email address is correct, your device supports the file format, and you are intentionally purchasing the product.
If you have purchased the same product twice, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@soulluxefam.com. Duplicate purchase cases may be eligible for store credit at our sole discretion.
3. Download & Delivery Support
We are fully committed to ensuring you receive and can access your purchase. If you experience any of the following — difficulty opening your files, a corrupted download, a missing access link, or receipt of an incorrect file — please reach out immediately and we will resolve it at no additional cost.
This is a delivery support commitment, not a refund.

4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately, then reach out to us at hello@soulluxefam.com with your order details. We will cooperate fully in verifying the transaction.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product without valid cause is considered fraudulent activity. MELEVATE F.Z.C. reserves the right to provide full proof of delivery, dispute invalid claims, restrict future access, and pursue further action where necessary. All disputes are handled in accordance with UAE law and applicable international e-commerce regulations.
